Tikbo is a search intelligence and AI visibility consultancy operating from Bengaluru, India. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and how we use it. Contact: hello@tikbo.in.
Information we collect
We collect information you voluntarily provide — name, work email, phone number, company, website and message — when you submit a form, request an AI visibility audit, subscribe to our newsletter or email us. When you request an audit we also fetch and store publicly available technical information about the website you submit; the resulting report contains no personal details and is reachable only via the unlisted link we give you. We may also collect standard technical data (IP address, browser, pages viewed) via server logs and, if enabled, privacy-respecting analytics.
How we use it
To respond to your inquiry, send requested materials, share occasional updates you opted into, and improve our website. We do not sell your personal data.
Third parties
We use trusted vendors for hosting, email and analytics. Each processes data only on our instructions and under their own security commitments. A current list is available on request.
Cookies
The site uses only essential cookies required for the site to function. If we add analytics or marketing cookies in the future, we will present a consent notice first.
Retention
We retain contact-form and newsletter data for as long as needed to serve you, and delete it on request.
