Who we are
Tikbo is a search intelligence and AI visibility consultancy operating from Bengaluru, India. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and how we use it. Contact: hello@tikbo.in.
Information we collect
We collect information you voluntarily provide - name, work email, phone number, company, website and message - when you submit a form, request an AI visibility audit, subscribe to our newsletter or email us. When you request an audit we also fetch and store publicly available technical information about the website you submit; the resulting report contains no personal details and is reachable only via the unlisted link we give you. We may also collect standard technical data (IP address, browser, pages viewed) via server logs and, if enabled, privacy-respecting analytics.
How we use it
To respond to your inquiry, send requested materials, share occasional updates you opted into, and improve our website. We do not sell your personal data.
Third parties
We use trusted vendors for hosting, email and analytics. Each processes data only on our instructions and under their own security commitments. A current list is available on request.
The Crawler's Eye browser extension
The extension runs only when you click its icon. On that click it reads the page you are viewing and requests the public readiness score for the domain in your address bar. We receive that domain and nothing else: not your browsing history, not other tabs, not the page contents, and not anything from sites you have not clicked on. If you buy a licence we store your email, the payment reference and the dates, so we can resend a lost key and match a refund. Card details never reach us - payment is handled by the payment provider. Remove the key from the extension's options page at any time, or email us to have the licence and email deleted.
Cookies
The site uses only essential cookies required for the site to function. If we add analytics or marketing cookies in the future, we will present a consent notice first.
Retention
We retain contact-form and newsletter data for as long as needed to serve you, and delete it on request.
Your rights
You can request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@tikbo.in. If you are in the EU, UK or a similar jurisdiction, applicable data-protection rights apply.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above.
